Half-Marathon Training

The half-marathon has become a very popular running event. It presents a challenging and rewarding experience for many runners worldwide. Whether your goal is to simply finish the race or set a new PR, the 13.1 mile (21K) distance is sure to present you with a rewarding experience that will be both demanding and fun.

Unlike the 5K-10K distances, it will be hard to skimp on training for a half-marathon. Too many missed days for your long runs, or speed workouts, and you may find yourself out of gas early in the race. No worries, though!
